Where does Keter deliver to?
We offer delivery to all street addresses across New Zealand. We work with a number of freight companies to arrange delivery to addresses specified on your order, so please ensure you enter the correct details.
What are your estimated delivery times and costs?
Deliveries to the North Island typically take between 2 to 4 business days.
South Island deliveries take between 5 and 8 business days.
Please allow extra time for rural areas.
We aim to process your order on the same day we receive payment (excluding weekends). We then dispatch it to our freight company to organise delivery. However, please be aware that our processing times may vary depending on how busy we are. Your exact shipping costs will differ depending on location and item size.
What courier services do you use?
We use general freight for orders that are over 25 kg and 0.125m3.
Orders under 25 kg and 0.125m3 are sent by standard courier.
General freight and ordinary couriers are door-to-door, one-man delivery services. Your item will be left near or by your door or at the end of your driveway.
Please be aware that if the delivery vehicle cannot access your nominated address, the item may be delivered to the curbside of the nominated address.
What is the process for large or heavy orders?
Orders over 25 kg are considered heavy.
We recommend that you arrange the correct number of people required to lift heavy orders out of the truck and into their desired spot. Please do not rely on the driver to do this for you, as they may not be able to assist for health and safety reasons.
If you are not able to lift your order out of the delivery van or truck, you may have to reschedule delivery at an extra cost.
How do I receive my order?
For large orders, please ensure you are home and available to sign for them upon delivery. Additional costs may be incurred for items that need to be redelivered.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We offer returns and exchanges in instances where we cannot repair or replace the faulty part of the product. Please note that we do not offer refunds in instances where you change your mind.
